No, customers can register for our Basic package which allows them to send SMS messages over the MessageWhiz platform. Customers with the Basic package only pay for the messages that they send.
Every paid plan includes 2-way messaging over Viber, WhatsApp, RCS, and Telegram. Those chats are managed in the MessageWhiz platform, and include rich text options, such as buttons, videos, and other features.
Both packages include access to 2-way messaging, 24-hour support, and our Call Center Connect voice over IP platform, as well as other premium features that are dependent on the chosen subscription. Additionally, you only pay for your usage of the platform e.g. messages sent based on the type of message and the channel it is sent on. Volume discounts are available to Enterprise customers.
