Do I have to buy a subscription package?
No you don’t. MessageWhiz has two basic payment models. With our subscription packages, users pay for a set number of messages per month. With our Pay As You Go model, users pay a per message fee.
Does every plan include 2-way messaging?
2-way access is included in Performance Plus package. It is an add-on purchase for all other plans.
Are all countries/ destinations to which we are sending SMS messages included in the SMS subscription packages?
Destination countries to which your SMS messages are sent are divided into four different tiers, based on messaging rates to those countries. Our plans include SMS messaging to all countries except for Tier 3 destinations which are can only be charged on pay as you go per message basis. For a complete list of countries, tiers, and rates, please click here.
